All manner of events, from a single camera shoot to a multi-camera, fully managed live webcast, with production, synchronized slides, live, moderated QnA, and polling can be catered for. The studio, which officially opened in October last year, has already played host to a number of varied live and as-live webcasts. Groovy Gecko will be focusing on providing tailored services to Production Companies, offering the venue on a dry or wet hire basis, with and without webcasting services. Groovy Gecko is also able to assist in all aspects of the process, including production, post-production, editing, on-demand streaming, player development and on-line video strategy consultation. “Our clients have been very pleased with the initial webcasts from our studio and appreciate the flexibility we offer,” commented Eddie Robins, Technical Director, Groovy Gecko. “Being purpose-built for webcasting means that the studio comes with a number of unique features including ample redundant Internet connectivity and is staffed by webcasting professionals.” Groovy Gecko will be exhibiting on stand B09 at Broadcast Video Expo in London and taking bookings for a tour of the studio.
