| BestBuy enters streaming audio sector |

A new cloud-based streaming audio service is set to be launched by BestBuy, it has been revealed.
The company is presently in the process of finalising development of its Music Cloud product, which the firm has stated will cost users $3.99 (£2.49) per month for unlimited music download services. It enables subscribers to download as much content as they wish on to their PC and then enables them to stream it live via the cloud to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-enabled devices. The firm is presently enabling interested individuals to sign up to the service in advance of its launch via the Music Cloud site. Meanwhile, Apple recently announced it is on track for the launch of its own streaming audio service after signing deals with Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group.
