| LOVEFiLM to launch ABC TV On Demand in UK |

LOVEFiLM is to expand its streaming content service by partnering with Disney UK to launch ABC TV On Demand in the British market.
The branded subscription video-on-demand service will provide LOVEFiLM members with access to TV content from ABC Studios, including popular shows such as Lost, Castle, Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. Programmes will be made available following their initial run on UK TV, with LOVEFiLM aiming to bring complete seasons of shows to the service before following seasons begin airing. ABC Studios becomes the latest content provider to sign a deal with LOVEFiLM, which also offers TV shows and films from the likes of Warner Bros, Sony and StudioCanal. Simon Calver, chief executive officer of the Amazon-owned company, said: "LOVEFiLM's unique combination of world class movies and TV shows ensures that LOVEFiLM is the first and only port of call for those who want subscription entertainment on demand."
