A report from the firm shows that last year, the number of unique viewers of online video grew by ten per cent, while the time spent on video sites has increased by almost 2,000 per cent since 2003. The report's findings also show that over the course of last year alone, the number of online streams grew by 41 per cent, the proportion of streams per user grew by 27 per cent and the total number of minutes spent playing online videos grew 71 per cent. In addition, the number of online social network users has grown by 87 per cent since 2003, while the time spent on social networks increased by 73 per cent.
