| Goviral releases top ten streaming videos for October |

A streaming video ad campaign for Volkswagen has been chosen as the most interesting and innovative in October by video content distributor Goviral. The video is joined by streaming ads for Google, the 2016 Olympic Games, FIFA 2010 and Diesel in the top ten list of up-and-coming viral campaigns. Canal+, Rethink Breast Cancer, Paul Smith for Evian, Sony Ericsson's Hopper Invasion and Cadbury, rounded off the list. Videos were chosen for their use of left-field humour, bizarre events and memorable music, and span European, North American, African and South American regions. Goviral said Volkswagen's video aims to change people's behaviour by adding a little fun to everyday routines. "The campaign is quickly becoming a huge success and is currently consisting of two videos," the company said. "The first video reached well over a million views in just four days." Goviral issues a monthly top ten list of viral video rankings on its site, including commentaries about the content.
