The upcoming Streaming Media Europe event is taking place in London on October 14th and 15th at the Novotel London West Hotel.
Organised by Streaming Media Global, the event will incorporate a range of seminars and demonstrations for industry professionals to find out about the latest trends in streaming media and provides a unique platform for the online video industry. "Streaming Media Europe brings together some of the leading industry players in the digital media space and provides an excellent forum for discussion of trends seen in the market, including flexibility and scalability to name but two," said Kevin Dean, chief marketing officer for Interxion. Meanwhile, BT recently announced it plans to develop improved fibre broadband access in Cornwall - a move that would help boost access to streaming media across the region. The £132 million scheme is being funded by BT and the European Regional Development Fund.  |
