| Cisco integrates Nexidia streaming media technology |

Nexidia has announced the intregration of its Nexidia Capture and Nexidia Scan technology into Cisco's streaming media platform for business services.
The ESI product suite now offers streaming audio services to enable business users to easily transfer and download recorded phone conversations, while monitoring live calls on a single server. It also provides real-time voice driven screen alerts, supervisor notifications and analytic solutions to give businesses a greater ability to improve agent performance and boost customer service. "Our integration with Cisco highlights the true capabilities of the next generation call capture and management platform," said John Willcutts, president and chief executive officer of Nexidia. Meanwhile, the new Aspire RevoView HD media streamer for streaming media users has been launched by Aspiro. It enables users to download streaming video and audio content and store it in their home. It also offers an Ethernet port, USB 2.0, SD and xD connectivity and has a price tag of £119.99. ![]() |
