Logitech is set to offer streaming media services to iPad users in the near future, it has been revealed.
The company is set to extend its LifeSize video streaming system in the coming months and will deliver streaming video solutions for iPad owners, PC Worlds reports. Mary Miller, director of product marketing for Logitech, said that the product is already available for Android, BlackBerry and other platforms, but will likely see a significant growth in its market appeal with this new announcement. Logitech began with Apple iOS because of the large installed base of such devices, she added. Meanwhile, Comcast's Xfinity TV app is now capable of providing on-demand streaming video services to iPad users. "The Xfinity TV app with video streaming is part of our ongoing effort to deliver great entertainment experiences for our customers on all screens and devices," said Matt Strauss, senior vice-president and general manager at Comcast Interactive Media.
