| Lucozade targets streaming audio sector |

Lucozade Energy has announced a partnership with streaming audio provider Spotify as the company attempts to break into the lucrative streaming media marketplace, it has been revealed.
According to Marketing Magazine, packaging for Lucozade drinks will now feature codes allowing consumers to download streaming audio content from Spotify, providing a significant draw for today's younger generation of social media and online content-savvy kids. Andy Mahoney, brand manager of Lucozade, noted that the collaboration has come at the perfect time for both companies, as Lucozade has recently launched its new "Lucozade fans fives" promotion that will now benefit each of the firms. Elsewhere, Technologizer recently reported steaming media developer Gaikai has announced the launch of its new Live Online system that will allow users download samples of games. It will use its own servers to perform the data-consuming task of managing and loading graphics and other engines for the games, leaving users free to play on the latest titles without the need for a top-spec PC.
