Andy Chen, the chief executive officer of Preview Networks, has been added to the ranks of the Streaming Media Dream Team by the publication.
Streaming Media magazine has highlighted the contributions of Mr Chen to the streaming video marketplace, following his stints as vice-president for MTV Networks and Viacom Brand Solutions International, as well as his innovative approach to promoting online streaming video content. "This year's Dream Team is a cross-section of both established veterans and up-and-comers in the European online video space," commented Streaming Media editor Eric Schumacher-Rasmussen. He added that Mr Chen has played an integral part in both the innovative approach to streaming media marketing, but also the monetisation and associated creative aspects of helping the sector to grow. Preview Networks presently operates seven European offices and works with more than 300 entertainment companies around the world. It distributes in excess of 270 million video streams and 1.5 billion images to 1,500 media destinations each year, including websites, social networks, mobile apps and internet TV.
