Consultation.
We'll begin by talking to you about your goals, budget, and timeline. We'll also listen to your ideas and provide suggestions based on our experience. This may start with a blank canvas to develop a whole strategy or just look at your existing content and advising on how to integrate shoppable within it.
Planning.
Our team can work with you to plan the entire strategy in detail, including the formats, timelines, and key KPIs. We'll also identify the best shoppable platform to use, based on your needs and budget.
Piloting.
With Shoppable being such a new area of opportunity if we need to build a business case for long term investment we tend to run a number of pilots with clients. These allow us to gather data about the audience, their behaviours and what content they engage with. This then enables us to refine the overall strategy.
Pre-Production.
We'll help you prepare all you'll need for the event including graphics, locations, on screen talent, scripts as well as product and technical integrations.
Live Production.
During your live shopping event, we'll manage the technical aspects, including audio and video quality, streaming, and interaction with viewers. Our team will be on hand to deal with any potential technical issues and our redundant streaming approach means we have backups to the backups.
Analytics & Post-Production.
After the event, we'll provide you with detailed analytics, including attendance figures, engagement rates, and other metrics. This will further inform the development of content going forward.
